Dear family I am very sorry for your great loss . It has been several days since your great loss . It is my hope that the loving God provide comfort for your grieving hearts . There is comfort in knowing that God has Miss Marie in His Loving Memory . Acts 24:15 tells us that .

I don't know where to start. All my best childhood memories are from summer breaks (obviously). Apart from all the memorable plates full of soup, I can picture Grunny, sitting on the veranda in front of our old house at Citadel while I ride my bike back and forth between the two fire hydrants. I have so many memories of just sitting on the veranda with her, or of her watching ALLLL the cousins at the same time. I'll never forget the day mommy and I lost Grunny at Disney World lol. I didn't realize then how special those moments would feel today. We really were so lucky to have her, and it's hard to imagine a world without her. I'm grateful for all the memories shared and photos taken. I take comfort in knowing that she's at peace and reunited with all her people on the other side. I hope that reunion was just the way she imagined it. I'll love and miss her forever.

Oh my oh my, I can not believe my wonderful grandmother is gone. Granny and I have shared so many memories; From since I was a little girl climbing on her back while she was grinding cofee to her last final moments. She has always been there for me through thick and thin, wether it was battling with my mom to allow me to get my way, bullies and teachers who tried to punish me and advice on men lol she would fight for me. She was my rock and the only person I used to tell my secrets to.
She was a great dancer, the funniest and most down to earth person i've ever known; I was never sad around her cause she always said something to either make you laugh or cheer you up. She called me Dix, cause that's what granpa named me lol, she always said "Dix, make sure you take a lot of pictures of me so that when I die, you will not forget me" and indeed she will never be forgotten.
I love you so so much Granny and I hope you are dancing up there with granpa and your 2 children. I pray your soul is resting in peace and thank you for being a part of our lives, God gave me the greatest grandmother one could ever ask for and I will cherish all of our moments forever.

I have wayyyy too many memories to share. I'm most grateful for having them. Gunny was the only grandparent I knew. While she wasn't the typical grandmother you saw growing up on tv, she was one that you never could imagine being without. Thank you for the life lessons, the hilarious memories, and the intimate moments we shared as family. Until we meet again!
