I am deeply saddened for the loss of one of my favorite aunty. The loss of my beloved aunt is incredibly difficult at this time because her sister passed six months ago. For my cousins, may the sorrow you all feel in your hearths lighten by the love that surrounds you all. I will definitely miss your love, joyfulness, funniness, and laughter. Love you, Tanty Ventis and peace be with you always.

Ms. Ventis; known to her close neighbors as "Mommy"! What a sweet lady. I had never met anyone that could cuss in such a sweet way, "asking for forgiveness before and after she said the words". :-) "Mommy" opened her door to anyone that needed help. She worked hard for many years, coming home 2 days out the week. One thing about "Mommy" she did not mince words!! She said what she meant, and meant what she said. There was no mistaken what she thought of you! Wendy, you did an awesome job taking care of your Mom! She knew it and loved you for it. Mommy Ventis will be missed!
