Ivy Eig passed away on September 28th, 2021,

following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was a loving and devoted wife to Shawn, a loving mother of her sons Michael & Jonathan, a devoted daughter of Arline and Stanley Eig (deceased), an adoring sister of Jack Eig, and a loving grandmother of her granddaughter Aria.

Ivy was a passionate woman who loved her friends and family deeply and lived exuberantly.

She was a native New Yorker who was always on the go. She took advantage of her surroundings never missing a great show, museum exhibition, movie or concert. She also enjoyed traveling and learning about other cultures.

Ivy worked as an MSW for the NYC Department of Education for 37 years. She was devoted to the many parents and children she served.

She will be greatly missed and remembered forever.
