In Loving Memory of
Michael Roebuck
Michael Roebuck was born on February 25th, 1987—the fifth child and the last son of Eloise Roebuck. From the beginning, Michael carried a quiet brilliance, a deep inner world, and a thirst for knowledge that shaped him into a young man unlike any other.
Michael was a seeker of beauty and truth. As a teenager, he became captivated by Japan and the Japanese language, teaching himself to speak it with remarkable dedication.
Art later became his sanctuary. With nothing more than a pencil and a blank page, Michael built entire worlds. What started as sketches grew into paintings, each one a window into his imagination and the depth of his inner life.
Music moved his spirit as well. And in his gentle humility, he often repeated one of his favorite lines:
“I’m nothing special. I’m forever a student.” To Michael, life itself was the greatest teacher, and he embraced its lessons with sincerity and wonder.
But beyond his talents and passions, Michael was a kind soul, soft-spoken, thoughtful, and deeply loving toward his family. His presence brought warmth, his laughter brought light, and his heart held more compassion than he ever gave himself credit for.
Michael is survived by his mother, Eloise Roebuck, and his siblings: Edgar Roebuck, Natasha Roebuck, Keyana Roebuck, and Rosalinda Roebuck—each of whom carries a piece of his spirit forward.
He leaves behind his beloved daughter, Ahgyah Mango Garcon Roebuck.
Michael was cherished deeply and loved by all who knew him. His creativity, his humility, his searching heart, and his gentle presence will be profoundly missed.
Rest peacefully, Michael.
Your wings are free now, fly high, baby brother.
